If you have questions regarding products or systems sold to you by Sky-Skan, please contact our support specialists immediately.

Return Authorization Request

A return authorization (RA) is required for all returns. To acquire a return authorization number contact Sky-Skan support by phone, e-mail, or online form. A Sky-Skan support specialist will contact you within one business day (US-EST) regarding your return.

Software Support

If you have questions regarding software manufactured and sold to you by Sky-Skan, please contact our support specialists immediately.

Warranty Information

Products manufactured by Sky-Skan are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years after original installation. Warranty does not cover consumables or items subject to degradation during normal use. Damage due to lightning, electrical faults, vandalism, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, or acts of God is not covered under this warranty. Products not manufactured by Sky-Skan are covered under the original equipment manufacturers’ warranty.

Extended warranty and service contracts are available for systems installed by Sky-Skan.
